Throughout the programme, Noel demonstrated an advanced technical knowledge of SAP HR and its capabilities, staying up to date with changes. From a client perspective, he communicates well, explaining the options and finding pragmatic and long term solutions that work for the business whilst maintaining the integrity of the system. Noel demonstrated commitment to the programme and the ongoing support provided, delivered to times agreed and built relationships where HR colleagues had real confidence in the service provided and advice given. This was a complex programme with a large team of consultants, however it is my view that Noel was one of a small number of people absolutely critical to successful delivery of the IT solution and its ongoing development. We would not have done it without him and are already noticing his absence from the support team.
