It was a pleasure working with Noel on the delivery of Jaguar Land Rover’s new careers site. Noel was fantastic, his hands on experience and determination to deliver on time and produce to the highest quality was invaluable to the project. His calmness and professionalism was infections, and this certainly helped when it came to managing more senior stakeholders in the business. 

Even when we encountered significant problems. Noel would often go above and beyond usually researching and designing solutions well into his own time to ensure the project didn’t slip.
Noel would be a real asset to any team and I am sure I will work with Noel on future projects which I am sure will also be a huge success.

I had the pleasure of working with Noel on a number of large HR design and implementation projects. One of them was Barclays. There are a number of areas in which Noel is head above any solution architect I had the chance to work with. His technical knowledge and expert understanding of the domain is unprecedented and result in robust and elegant technological solutions. His understanding in principles of design-thinking and general creativity with which he approaches projects is unlike anything I encountered before in a technical solution architect – usability and innovation in the interface and user-experience is always a top priority for him. Last but not least, he is a pleasure to work with. He works well with the team as well as the stakeholders and always creates an environment that is accommodating, fun and productive around him. I recommend Noel highly and hope we will work together in the future.

Throughout the programme, Noel demonstrated an advanced technical knowledge of SAP HR and its capabilities, staying up to date with changes.  From a client perspective, he communicates well, explaining the options and finding pragmatic and long term solutions that work for the business whilst maintaining the integrity of the system.  Noel demonstrated commitment to the programme and the ongoing support provided, delivered to times agreed and built relationships where HR colleagues had real confidence in the service provided and advice given.  This was a complex programme with a  large team of consultants, however it is my view that Noel was one of a small number of people absolutely critical to successful delivery of the IT solution and its ongoing development.  We would not have done it without him and are already noticing his absence from the support team.
