I had the pleasure of working with Noel on a number of large HR design and implementation projects. One of them was Barclays. There are a number of areas in which Noel is head above any solution architect I had the chance to work with. His technical knowledge and expert understanding of the domain is unprecedented and result in robust and elegant technological solutions. His understanding in principles of design-thinking and general creativity with which he approaches projects is unlike anything I encountered before in a technical solution architect – usability and innovation in the interface and user-experience is always a top priority for him.
